With over 10 years experience, Lou is a veteran in the home lending industry.  His comprehensive approach with his customers garnered him much success throughout his career.  He was consistently within the top producers in his company and was named in the Top 200 Originators in Mortgage Originator Magazine, Rookie of the Year in 2000 and Top Gun in his territory 2002.

 His ability to integrate technology and maintain a caring hand makes the loan process quick, seamless and individual to each client’s needs.  With this strategy, Lou was able to serve 500 customers annually and close $50 million in residential mortgages.  In 2003, Lou joined the management team at HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation. 

He quickly climbed the ranks to Sr. Vice President of North East Sales where he led 100 + associates and oversaw 800 Million in originations annually. 

HomeBanc was not only one of the top residential lenders in the Southeast, it was ranked 14th on Fortunes Best Places to Work list in 2004. 

Lou continued in management until the opportunity came to help build a new mortgage company owned and operated by its associates.  He felt his passion to lead mortgage professionals and to continue to build life-long relationships with his clients was best utilized in this new environment.  The company’s mission is to “serve others before self”…simple, but important.

Today, Lou has over $1.6 billion in mortgages under management.  He continues to provide world class service to his clients and his community.  He is a passionate fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, North Point Community Church, his wife Chick of 20 years daughter Melissa and son Louis Jr.
